Our publications are used globally and include a range of highly-respected industry standards and guidelines for a wide variety of marine operations – all aimed at improving safety and performance. Our current catalogue includes digital publications (guidance documents), information notes, safety materials and logbooks.

How to order

If you know the item you require, you can search for it in the relevant section – either by document reference or keywords. Add the item to your cart and proceed to the checkout. Once you have completed your transaction, you will have immediate access to download any digital products, or delivery of logbooks will be arranged to the address of your choice.

Payments must be made online either through by card (via PayPal or Stripe) and all items are subject to taxes, delivery and customs charges.

Delivery costs are calculated automatically and will be added to your cart during the checkout process.

Taxes – except where marked, publications are subject to VAT, which must be charged by IMCA:

  • Purchasers in the UK must allow for VAT at the current rate, which is 20%
  • Purchasers in other EU countries must provide their full VAT registration number (complete with prefix) at time of ordering, or we must charge VAT the current rate, which is 20% (physical publications) or their local in-country rate (electronic publications)
  • Purchasers from outside the EU for delivery outside the EU are not charged VAT

Import duties – any import duties/taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in your payment to IMCA.

IMCA Members

Members should log in to download IMCA publications as part of the benefits of membership. For physical items such as logbooks, please log in to the IMCA Store to see member pricing and full online/offline payment options.

Creating an account

If you don’t already have an account, please visit our account page and register. Our system recognises email domains of member companies, so setting up your own individual account is a simple process.

Non-Members

To place an order, you can create an account to improve your purchasing experience or you can place your order as a guest.

Books and logbooks – browse the store to see our full range of print publications.

IMCA guidance and related materials – Selected digital publications and information notes are available for downloading free of charge (subject to acceptance of our terms and conditions). Other items are available for purchase by non-members.

Additional information for non-members

Non-members have access to a limited number of documents which are available to download free of charge, with other items available for purchase. However, certain organisations and individuals are eligible for free access on request, including:

  • Government agencies, policy makers and regulators
  • Colleges, universities, researchers and academia
  • Candidates studying for the IMCA diving supervisor and LST certification schemes (designated documents only)
