High potential incidents and fatalities in 2014 – International Association of Oil & Gas Producers (IOGP)
The International Association of Oil & Gas Producers (IOGP) has published two recent reports, one on 2014 high potential incidents and the other, on 2014 fatal incidents. Some of these incidents may have lessons for IMCA member’s; a selection of the incidents covered in each report is highlighted here, each one from a different area of the world.
