Updated guidance on The Initial and Periodic Examination, Testing and Certification of Hyperbaric Evacuation Launch Systems

Attached please find the proposed final draft revised Guidance on the initial and periodic examination, testing and certification of hyperbaric evacuation launch systems (IMCA D 004). This review was undertaken as part of the overall periodic review schedule and reflects the evolution of accepted industry practices and terminology, updated references and categories of competence and the inclusion of additional odifications based on revised industry codes and rules since the current issue. Comments are requested by 21 FEBRUARY 2018 , ahead of the Diving Division Management Committee’s meeting the following day, when the draft will be reviewed with a view to publication.
